Office Assistant

Every Sisco Safety employee undergoes an extensive hiring process including 2 or 3 rounds of interviews with various members of our team such as our office manager and the owners. Potential employees are also expected to pass initial and random drug tests as well as a 7-year federal background check. All safety specialists are certified to complete inspections in the states of North and South Carolina, with plans in place to expand to surrounding states.

Job Description

  • Manage company logistics, files and working documents for team members and clients
  • Create safety specialists work orders and email the day before
  • Send welcome letters and schedule follow-up meetings with clients
  • Work in Quickbooks to create work orders, product items and invoices
  • Create pivot tables in excel for customer review and data analytics
  • Create customer accounts in BuildingReports software
  • Oversee TimeTracker for safety specialists
  • Confirming appointments with monthly clients and schools
  • Book travel for safety specialists
  • Purchase office supplies including computers and software
  • Receive and track vehicle inventory from Safety Specialists weekly
  • Work directly with the President and General Manager on a daily basis
