Every Sisco Safety employee undergoes an extensive hiring process including 2 or 3 rounds of interviews with various members of our team such as our office manager and the owners. Potential employees are also expected to pass initial and random drug tests as well as a 7-year federal background check. All safety specialists are certified to complete inspections in the states of North and South Carolina, with plans in place to expand to surrounding states.

As we continue to grow and evolve at Sisco Safety, we are excited to announce the need to add an
additional team member.

  • Organize and assist with company charitable events as well as team building exercises
  • Assist in development of annual marketing plan
  • Purchase marketing supplies
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new team members as well as processing human resource related documents
  • Create job descriptions, post for new positions, receive applications, complete 1st round of interviews and initiate recruiting projects partnering with colleges and schools
  • Onboard new customers
  • Analyze and organize proprietary compliance reporting data for clients
  • Work directly with the President and General Manager on a daily basis to assist with all needs
  • Schedule quarterly meetings with all staff members
  • Book business travel
  • Assist in completion of RFPs and RFQs
  • Continue corporate culture
