Naomi Reale  

Naomi Reale

As the Integrator, Naomi is focused on process, structure, and the building blocks of Sisco Safety. Every decision benefits employee growth, which the Sisco leadership team agrees is the best way to grow the business. Naomi develops and maintains client relationships, establishes mentoring programs, and enforces that all actions are driven by the company's Core Values. Her passion is client relationships; she truly enjoys meeting and developing rapport with the business partners of Sisco Safety. She also leads our Sales and Marketing Departments. Naomi is a member of NFPA, NAFED, and NCHEA considers herself lucky to be the mother of two teen boys and wife of the General Manager.
 
Clay Reale
 

Clay Reale

Clay serves as the Visionary and General Manager of Sisco Safety and is focused on business development and company growth. In this role, he is focused on identifying new markets and driving the company’s strategic direction, and continuing to build relationships with business partners. Clay has over 25 years of managerial and entrepreneurial experience in financial services, consulting, and construction, industrial supply, and services business. Clay holds an MBA from Wake Forest University, attended the International European Studies Program at Oxford University, and earned both a BA/BS degree in Business Administration/Finance and English from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his family and being outdoors.
 
Jim Morris
 

Jim Morris

Jim is the Operations Manager of Sisco Safety and oversees all operations, including field tests and inspections, repair, and installation.  He is instrumental in process and procedure implementation, safety planning, and technical product development. With 25 years in the industry, he has a demonstrated history and passion in the fire protection market including Fire Extinguishers, Pre-engineered/Engineered fire suppression systems, and Fire Sprinkler Systems, including installation, service, and inspection.  James currently holds a NICET certification level IV in Fire Alarm, along with other certifications in Special Hazard and Sprinkler Test and Inspect.  Jim is an active NFPA member, has held positions in ASCET, NCHEA, AFLA, WFMA, and has contributed to committees and boards for the development of the NICET electronic test.  Jim moved his family to the Carolinas from Illinois and enjoys spending time outdoors with them.
 
Mike Corso
 

Mike Corso

Mike is a Regional Manager and currently oversees our warehouse and vehicle fleet. He is directly responsible for overseeing our sprinkler, fire alarm, and backflow field services.  Mike holds NICET certifications in both Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler testing and inspection.  He plays an integral role in bridging communication between our field safety specialists and our office support team providing that all projects run seamlessly. Since Mike has been with Sisco, he has implemented many policies and procedures ensuring that the highest quality of service is delivered to our partners.  In his free time, Mike enjoys watching Pittsburgh sports teams, spending time with his family, and volunteering with the local Cub Scout pack. 
 
Brandon Harris
 

Brandon Harris

Brandon is both a Regional and Training Manager for Sisco Safety.  He started as an intern learning the fire and safety industry and specifically Sisco Safety standards.  He now strives to maintain customer relations and compliance reporting for all of Sisco’s clients throughout the Carolinas.  He is directly responsible for managing the training and initial onboarding of all new safety specialists to ensure that they have the core values needed to be successful in the life safety industry. Brandon is a certified Healthy & Safety Institute trainer, is a Certified Technician with Scott Safety, graduated from Montreat College with a BS in Business Administration. Brandon played a major role in securing the Sisco team’s certification in NFPA 80, the inspection of Fire Door and Dampers, through a partnership with UL and NFPA. He spends his time playing baseball tournaments throughout the east coast and attending live concerts and festivals.

Sara Aldridge

Sara is our Administrative Operations Manager and the newest member of our Leadership Team. With oversight into human resources, technology, and compliance, she focuses on keeping our internal processes running smoothly and accurately. Currently, she is also serving as our Scheduler ensuring that all services are planned and executed appropriately. Sara earned a BS in Biology from Winthrop University and remains active on campus as the recruitment and panhellenic advisor for Chi Omega Sorority. The proverbial party planner, Sara likes to keep her social calendar full of concerts, comedy shows, and spontaneous weekend get-a-ways and is happiest surrounded by fresh flowers with an iced latte in hand.
